Job summary

American Leadership Academy in the East Valley is seeking a Title I Paraprofessional for our Ironwood High School campus for the 2026-2027 academic year. Candidates must possess, or be willing to obtain, an Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card including CPR/First Aid certification.

You will provide instructional support, assist in locating and implementing intervention plans based on data, monitor student progress, and participate in required trainings and meetings as directed.

Qualifications

• AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification is required.
• Copy of Paraprofessional Certificate, Paraprofessional test results or other applicable documents.

Responsibilities

• Provides instructional support to students individually or in small groups under the direction of a classroom teacher.
• Assists teams in locating intervention resources based on student performance data and supports intervention plans.
• Monitors and records student progress and maintains intervention lists.

American Leadership Academy is now accepting applications for a Title I Paraprofessional for the 2026-2027 academic school year for our Ironwood High School campus located in the East Valley. Candidates must possess, or be willing to obtain, an Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provides instructional support to students individually or in small groups under the direction of a classroom teacher
• Based upon student performance data, assists teams in locating intervention resources and ensures implementation of agreed upon intervention plans
• Monitor and record student progress
• Utilizes tracking system to maintain lists of students participating in interventions.
• Recommends interventions for teachers and paraprofessionals and oversees actions plans based on student performance data
• Supports teachers in the use and interpretation of screening, diagnostic, and progress monitoring assessments to improve student achievement in reteach and application lab classes
• Maintains records of interventions and progress monitoring to ensure process fidelity
• Assists in developing intervention plans for identified students within the MTSS process
• Attends required coaching trainings and professional development
• Attends PLC/SST Team, Campus and District meetings/trainings as directed
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
