Qualifications

• Requires fluency in written and spoken English.
• At least one year experience as a classroom teacher, tutor, or resource personnel.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliably commute or relocate before starting work.
• Ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide supplemental Math instruction to small groups in a pull-out setting.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to align instruction and support student development in Math.
• Develop and implement lesson plans to improve academic performance.
• Create a positive, achievement-oriented learning environment and encourage attendance.
• Continuously assess student progress and adjust instruction and grouping.
• Complete required compliance forms and adhere to Title I guidelines.
• Regularly update management, school staff, and families on student progress.
