• Create a positive, achievement-oriented learning environment to motivate attendance.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Complete compliance forms and adhere to Title I guidelines and requirements.
• Maintain accurate PLI record keeping and documentation.
• Communicate progress with PLI management, Title I coordinator, school staff, and parents.
