Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven record of building rapport with culturally diverse students.
• Knowledge of Google Docs and general computer/technology knowledge.
• Familiarity with middle school practices.
• Experience differentiating instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
• Endorsements in reading or mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Davenport Community School District reading and math curriculum.
• Provide interventions as needed.
• Attend and provide all building professional development.
• Participate fully as a productive team member.
• Implement building and district elementary and middle level initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, staff, and community members.
• Support MTSS and PBIS within the school environment.
• Maintain records of interventions.
