Qualifications

• Education/Certification: Educational Aide I Paraprofessional Certificate
• Education/Certification: High School Diploma or GED
• Special Knowledge/Skills: Ability to work well with children, learn basic computer applications, office equipment knowledge, communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform receptionist/clerical duties in the office as assigned
• Work with individual students or small groups to conduct instructional exercises as assigned
• Maintain confidentiality of information
• Assist in maintaining a neat and orderly work environment
• Assist in supervising students throughout the school day
• Assist in administrative records and preparation of reports
• Assist in inventory and maintenance of equipment
• Prepare materials/displays for instruction or campus operations
• Participate in staff development and events as required
