Job summary

Qualifications

• Educational Aide I Paraprofessional Certificate.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 60 college hours preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred.
• One year clerical experience or equivalent preferred.
• Experience working with children, students and parents.

Responsibilities

• Perform receptionist/clerical duties in the office or designated location.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Assist in the maintenance of administrative records and preparation of reports.
• Assist in inventory, care, and maintenance of records, materials, and equipment.
• Assist in preparing materials/displays for instructional or campus operations.
• Answer incoming calls politely and route messages to staff.
• Receive and process books, materials, and equipment; reconcile with invoices.
• Shelve and manage library materials; assist with inventory of resources.
