Best Homes Title Agency, LLC seeks a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support title and escrow operations in our Grand Rapids area office. You will process title and escrow requests, perform data entry, and coordinate with team members to ensure accurate, timely service.

This entry-level role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and a commitment to delivering best-in-class client experiences. Full-time, in-office hours apply, with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred.
• No experience required; 1+ year in title insurance preferred.
• Experience with Resware or Qualia is preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receive incoming title insurance orders and review property information for completeness and accuracy.
• Promptly and accurately enter order data into our title and escrow production software.
• Retrieve and save necessary starter documents, tax assessments, and public records from county/state tax websites.
• Monitor file statuses and ensure proper assignment to the Title department for title searches and examinations.
• Serve as the first point of contact via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
