Job summary

Compass Integrated Services seeks a Supervisor, Audit & Compliance to lead a centralized national team supporting audit readiness, regulatory compliance, risk management, licensing administration, and customer issue resolution. The role acts as a key liaison among Operations, Underwriting, State Agencies, Compliance, Legal, and external partners to ensure adherence to policies and standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of title, escrow, settlement services, compliance, audit, risk management, or related experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience working with regulatory agencies, underwriters, auditors, legal teams, and operational leaders.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and develop Audit & Compliance team members.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, including Underwriter, State Regulatory, and operational audits.
• Oversee licensing administration and regulatory filings across jurisdictions.
• Manage notary commissions, renewals, and compliance monitoring.
• Oversee customer service and escalation management across the centralized team.
• Develop SOPs and monitor performance and compliance trends.
