Job summary

Orchard is seeking a Business Development Manager for Orchard Title to identify and develop new opportunities, cultivating Realtor and JV partner relationships in Johnson County and Southern Tarrant County. This full-time role reports to the VP, Growth and Business Development.

You will drive new business, manage your pipeline, and stay current on title and escrow trends to advise clients with confidence while contributing to a high-performing BD organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development or sales experience within title and escrow services.
• Demonstrated strength in negotiation and relationship management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic, results-oriented mindset to identify growth opportunities and execute measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build new business by reaching out to Realtors, real estate teams, and JV partners through outreach and events.
• Evaluate opportunities and convert conversations into long-term partnerships.
• Hit and exceed sales goals by managing your pipeline and following through.
• Keep CRM activity and results up-to-date for visibility and accountability.
• Be a market presence by attending events and visiting offices to grow referrals.
• Stay informed on title/escrow trends, products, and regulatory requirements to advise clients confidently.
