Job summary

Orchard is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities, cultivate long-term relationships with Realtors and JV partners in Johnson County and Southern Tarrant County, and contribute to a high-performing growth organization. This is a full-time role reporting to the VP, Growth and Business Development.

You will build relationships, evaluate opportunities, and drive referrals while staying sharp on industry trends and regulatory requirements to advise

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development or sales experience within title and escrow services or related field.
• Proven ability to acquire new clients and expand long-term, repeat business.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills with a history of high client satisfaction.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Build new business by identifying Realtors, real estate teams, and JV partners through outreach, virtual meetings, and in-person events.
• Evaluate opportunities and turn conversations into long-term partnerships.
• Meet or exceed sales goals by managing your pipeline and staying disciplined.
• Keep CRM activity and pipeline up-to-date for visibility and accountability.
• Attend networking events and industry functions to grow referral networks.
• Stay informed on title, escrow products, and regulatory requirements to advise clients confidently.
