Qualifications

• 3+ years of title & escrow experience with demonstrated success.
• Excellent phone, email, and face-to-face communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven work environment.
• Extreme attention to detail and knowledge of title insurance.

Responsibilities

• Work with systems to clear curative matters.
• Review defects in Title and chains of title.
• Ensure proper payoffs for closing with external departments.
• Communicate internally and externally as needed.
