Qualifications

• 3+ years of title & escrow experience with demonstrated success.
• Excellent phone, email, face-to-face and remote communication skills.
• Extreme attention to detail and knowledge of title insurance and legal documents required.

Responsibilities

• Clear curative matters that may hinder closing transactions.
• Review defects in title including liens and judgments.
• Order deeds when necessary to ensure timely transactions.
