Job summary

EchoPark Automotive in Farmers Branch, TX is seeking a Title Clerk for Tactical Fleet Dallas. You will verify data, complete state forms, process registrations, and handle title transfers for luxury and exotic vehicles.

Role includes maintaining title envelopes, reconciling tax and license payables, and supporting F&I data verification. On-site position with benefits and opportunities for growth within the EchoPark network.

Qualifications

• Experience verifying data and completing state forms.
• Experience processing dealer registrations and title transfers.
• Ability to manage schedules for tax, title, and license payables.

Responsibilities

• Verifies data, completes state forms, makes disbursement for taxes and fees, and submits to the state
• Processes new and pre-owned registrations on dealer’s software system
• Processes pre-owned title transfers
• Prepares and distributes title envelopes
• Maintains follow-up on all incoming titles
• Maintains and reconciles schedules for tax, title and license payable and lien payoffs
• Identifies internal control issues by reviewing existing policies, verifying changes in authorized personnel, and communicating issues to the Controller
• Processes payoffs on trade-ins and floor plan, pulls contracts, and forwards to financial institutions
• Verifies Finance and Insurance (F&I) data to documents
