Lamborghini Paramus is seeking an experienced Title Clerk to support our dealership operations. The role handles processing of new and used vehicle titles, prepares tax and title documents, and ensures accuracy of all title-related data with DMV submissions.

Strong attention to detail and familiarity with title regulations are required. Additional duties include verifying funds, handling payoff checks for deals, and maintaining organized title records.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or related experience considered.
• CDK experience required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes new and used vehicles for registration in the applicable state.
• Prepares tax and title documents and submits to DMV.
• Verifies funds and pays off lienholders before title processing.
• Maintains title paperwork accuracy and completeness.
• Prepares payoff checks for sales and trades.
• Posts vehicle transactions and manages title-related reporting.

Education

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college

Two to four years related experience
