Organize and oversee all transactions.

Supervise accounts payable invoices, ensuring accurate and prompt payments for purchases, dues, and taxes, and that the pertinent forms are filed correctly and on time.

Be polite and prompt on the telephone, documenting messages as required and ensuring that the appropriate employees receive them. When a call regards a customer complaint, address it by quickly notifying the appropriate individual and accurately conveying the status and significance.

Ensure office supplies are stocked and replaced efficiently to avoid running out.

Maintain a clean, amiable and efficient office environment.

Receive and appropriately manage mail to safeguard it.

Keep vehicle inventory updated and manage accurate, properly filed sold‑vehicle paperwork.

Oversee payment for sold vehicles and trade‑acceptance purchases to ensure they are processed promptly and appropriately.

Ensure telephone is answered promptly in a courteous manner, messages are handled professionally, and pages are voiced in a professional tone.

Assist the Business Manager as required with dependable, prompt, and quality typing and other assistance as requested.

Assist in any duties needed to help with workflow.
