Job summary

You will daily process incoming titles from dealerships, banks and credit unions, respond to inquiries professionally, troubleshoot title issues, maintain confidentiality, and support other departments as needed.

Strong data entry and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years’ experience in titles, automotive industry, or related.
• Experience handling vehicle titles and DMV guidelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle titles using state DMV guidelines in a timely and accurate manner.
• Accurately process incoming titles daily from dealerships, banks and credit unions.
• Answer customer inquiries or concerns in person, email, fax or telephone professionally.
• Troubleshoot title issues such as odometer discrepancies and power of attorney.
• Maintain a professional, calm manner when negotiating with difficult or upset customers.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Assure all phone calls and inquiries are answered by the close of the day.
• Assist other departments as needed or assigned.

• Troubleshooting and problem resolution specific to tiles; odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
• Maintains a professional, calm manner when negotiating with difficult or upset customers.
• Maintains a high level of confidentiality.
• Assures all phone calls and inquiries have been answered by the close of the day.
• Assist other departments as needed or assigned.

Experience & Education:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years’ experience in titles, automotive industry, or related.
