Responsibilities

• Process new and used vehicle titles, registrations, transfers, and tax documents.
• Submit title and registration paperwork to appropriate state agencies.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of title applications and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate vehicle payoffs, lien releases, and dealer trade documentation.
• Maintain records of outstanding title work and resolve title discrepancies.
• Post vehicle sales and purchase transactions in dealership systems.
• Process warranty registrations and related vehicle documentation.
• Maintain organized title files and ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
• Assist customers, lenders, and employees with title and registration inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Perform general administrative duties and other responsibilities as assigned.
