Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Title Clerk to manage motor vehicle title work, registrations, and related state documents. You will process title acquisitions, lien payoffs, and transfers to dealerships while ensuring accurate records and IDS system entries.

The role requires 2+ years in title work, knowledge of DMV rules and state tax codes, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong attention to detail. Physical lifting up to 25–50 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of title work experience and knowledge of state titling requirements.
• Familiarity with DMV rules and requirements is helpful.
• Knowledge of state tax codes and multi-state sales tax.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and detail oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process acquisition of titles from original owners.
• Handle lien payoffs and title transfers to dealerships.
• Ensure accurate titling/registrations for vehicles.
• Record and maintain inventory on IDS Accounting System.

As a Title Clerk you will primarily be responsible for handling information regarding motor vehicle registration and process legal documents and other state-required documents.
