Job summary

Realty Title in Cumming, Georgia is seeking a Georgia-licensed Real Estate Attorney to manage residential and commercial transactions. The ideal candidate will lead transactions, conduct title analysis, prepare legal documents, and provide expert guidance on real estate law. This position offers performance-based compensation and support for managing your legal practice. Realty Title has over 30 years of experience, servicing clients in multiple states including Georgia and Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Bar membership in good standing.
• Proven background in real estate law, title clearance, and closing procedures.
• Exceptional attention to detail in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to resolve complex title issues and closing hurdles independently.
• Preferred existing industry connections.
