Qualifications

• Active Georgia Bar license required.
• Minimum 2 years of real estate law experience.
• Experience handling residential and/or commercial closings.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Estate planning, probate, or business law experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle residential and commercial real estate closings.
• Review, draft, and negotiate real estate contracts.
• Conduct title reviews and resolve title issues.
• Ensure compliance with Georgia real estate laws and regulations.
• Advise clients on zoning, permitting, and development matters; collaborate with paralegals, lenders, title companies, and real estate agents.
• Provide outstanding client service throughout the transaction process.
