Job summary

Sixt-US is seeking a Title and Registration Specialist to manage titles and registrations for our fleet. The role ensures compliance with state and federal regulations while coordinating with internal teams and government agencies.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of automotive title experience, proficiency with DMV processes, and strong communication skills. Tulsa-based office with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of automotive title and registration experience.
• Understanding of state-specific title and registration requirements and DMV processes/systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication; detail-oriented and accurate.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, maintain, and record information for title and registration tasks.
• Process MSOs and paperwork for vehicle registrations and renewals.
• Maintain license plate inventory and ensure proper processing of licenses in applicable states.
• Collaborate with vendors and branches for timely registrations and renewals; follow up as needed.
• Assist in vendor qualification and invoice validation for payments.

Job description

Are you ready to take the wheel and drive success?The Title and Registration Specialist will be responsible for managing the title and registration process for our fleet. This person will ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to vehicle titles and registrations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and governmental agencies.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You assemble, maintain, and record information and assist withcar control clerical task
• You process MSO’s (Manufacturer's Statement of Origin) and paperwork for vehicle registrations and renewal
• You maintain license plate inventory and ensure proper processing of licenses plates to ensure we maximize credit and transfers (in applicable states)
• You partner with vendors and branches to ensure timely processing of registrations and renewal and follow up with vendors on pending work
• You assist in the vendor selection process by researching and qualifying vendor
• You validate invoices for payment andcheck data for accuracy, while revising error

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education You have a high school diploma or GED;bachelor’s degree preferred
• ExperienceYou have a minimum of 1-2years of automotive title and registration experience
• Technical ProficiencyYou have an understanding of state-specific title and registration requirements and familiarity with DMV processes and systems
