As a Title Agent, you'll play a key role in ensuring residential and commercial real estate transactions have clear, marketable title. Working closely with Closing Agents, Escrow teams, underwriters, and attorneys, you'll examine title records, identify and resolve title issues, prepare title commitments and policies, and help ensure every transaction is completed accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Note: This role does not include supervisory responsibilities.
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in producing accurate work, and understands the importance of protecting property ownership through careful title examination.
Note: Previous title examination, title insurance, escrow, underwriting, or real estate experience is preferred. Candidates with transferable experience and a strong desire to continue growing within the title industry are encouraged to apply.
