Job summary

Stewart Title is seeking a detail-oriented Title Research Specialist to support nationwide real estate transactions by assembling title packages and researching tax documents related to escrow and title closings.

Work may be performed in an office, title plant, or remotely while traveling to courthouses and government entities to perform searches, primarily on residential transactions, following standard procedures and collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts title research and prepares search packages of varying complexity.
• May work in an office, title plant or travel to courthouses, municipalities and other government entities to perform searches.
• Primarily focused on residential transactions.
• Follows standard procedures and guidelines.
• Understands how duties relate to other teams and how the team integrates with related teams.
• Impacts the team through the quality of support provided.
• Recognizes and solves typical problems; selects solutions from established options.
• Communicates moderately complex information in routine situations, typically within own team.
• Works under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach; individual contributor with no supervisory responsibilities.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

Provides Nationwide title services. Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by assembling title packages, searching for tax documentation or performing other research related to escrow and title closings.

• Impacts own team through the quality of the support provided

Pay Range & Benefits

$39,389.81 - $65,649.68 Annually
