Job summary

Stewart is seeking a detail-oriented Title Researcher to support nationwide real estate transactions by assembling title packages and researching tax documentation. You may work in an office, title plant, or remotely while traveling to courthouses and government offices; the role focuses on residential transactions and adheres to standard procedures.

A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Impacts own team through the quality of the support provided.
• Recognizes and solves typical problems; selects solutions from established options.
• Communicates moderately complex information in routine situations, typically within own team.
• Works under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach; Individual contributor having no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

Pay Range & Benefits

$39,389.81 - $65,649.68 Annually The base salary range provided is consistent with similar roles at the Company. The base salary range is not an absolute, but a guide, and actual offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components. Depending upon all of the preceding considerations, the base salary may be lower or higher than the stated range.
