THIS IS A INDEFINITE NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 DUAL STATUS TECHNICIAN EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.

MINIMUM MILITARY GRADE: E7, O1 MAXIMUM MILITARY GRADE: E9, O3 Your rank MUST be included somewhere within your resume. GENERAL EXPERIENCE:

Applicants must demonstrate the ability to follow directions and to read, understand, and retain instructions, regulations, and procedures that validate the ability to perform, or learn to perform, the duties of the position.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:

Applicants must have at least 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-9 level that demonstrates knowledge of Army or Air Force education and training programs, principles, and procedures; experience using interview and counseling techniques, training methods, task analysis, learning processes, curriculum development, training evaluation, and education and training systems or products; effective writing and editing skills; experience with instructional media, training reporting, curriculum validation and implementation procedures; experience scheduling training events and facilities, supporting staff assistance visits and training meetings, or assisting with job qualification standards, education registration requirements, and military personnel classification policies; and experience applying interpersonal communication skills and distance learning concepts as a participant or presenter in training or conference events.
