Job summary

Central Bucks School District seeks a Part-time Title 1 Educational Assistant at Groveland Elementary School to support students with reading, writing and math. The position runs 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM during the 2026/2027 school year, and is grant-funded with hours subject to funding.

A minimum of 2 years of related college coursework or an Associate Degree is required. The incumbent will work as part of a team, exercise good judgment, be detail-oriented, and communicate effectively.

COMPENSATION: $20.84 p/hr

HOURS: 10:00 AM - 2:30 PM

DESCRIPTION: Perform a wide variety of duties in support of the educational program within the classroom including assisting students with reading, writing and/or math. All other duties as assigned (may also include lunch and or recess duty as assigned). Candidate must work as a team member, take initiative with minimal direction, be detail-oriented, exercise good judgment, prioritize tasks and communicate effectively orally and in writing. Candidate must have patience and enjoy working with children. Please note: This is a grant-funded position and hours may vary according to grant funding allocations.

REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2 years related college course work or Associate Degree. Attach copy of diploma or transcript with application.
