Job summary

CPP Corporation in Albany, OR, seeks a TIG welder to weld titanium castings in a controlled chamber under argon. The role requires at least 1 year of titanium TIG welding experience and strict adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Completion of formal vocation program and/or 1 year TIG welding experience.
• Must pass welding test within 4 weeks of start date.
• Must pass an eye exam annually.

Responsibilities

• TIG welding in chamber under argon atmosphere on titanium castings.
• Repair castings following procedures with calipers and templates.
• Work with team on rework plans to meet specifications.
• Load/unload castings; keep work area clean and orderly.
