Job summary

TECHSPEC INC in Derry, PA is seeking a Hot Working Laborer to assist in the operations of the rolling mill, heat-treating area, and conditioning area. This full-time position includes 10-hour shifts and pays $19/hour, with potential weekend work.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, manufacturing experience is preferred, and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. A hiring bonus of $2,000 is also offered for this role.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Ability to bend, stand, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations of the rolling mill and heat-treating area.
• Manual lifting and manipulation of high temperature titanium bars.
• Maintain and follow all applicable safety protocols.
