Responsibilities

• Operates a cold strip rolling mill to reach target thickness and properties.
• Positions material and adjusts rolls and guides for new alloys.
• Monitors setup, gauges, and measurement devices to ensure quality.
• Setup equipment and change rolls.
• Maintain rolling logs and keep area clean.
• Assist in safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
