Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a CNC machinist in a prototype or R&D environment.
• Strong experience machining titanium and other difficult-to-machine materials.
• Experience programming 5 axis/Millturn CNC machines using CAM software.

Responsibilities

• Machine titanium components produced via additive manufacturing into finished medical device parts.
• Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAM software for complex geometries.
• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes for prototype and short-run production.
