Job summary

CPP Corporation in Albany, OR, is seeking a Furnace Operator for titanium aerospace castings on swing shift. The role trains on days for approximately 30–60 days and offers a pathway for advancement in a growing, world-class titanium casting supplier.

The position requires basic arithmetic, mechanical aptitude, and teamwork. MIG welding experience is helpful, with a base pay around the advertised range and benefits including medical/dental/vision and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; experience will be considered.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a team and follow procedures.
• MIG welding experience helpful for casting process.
• Must be 18+ and pass background check; pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain titanium casting furnace.
• MIG weld electrodes for casting process.
• Complete tracking and documentation as required.
• Load molds in burnout ovens and train helpers.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and participate in safety initiatives.
• Meet production rates with quality expectations.
• Assist with general departmental cleanup and other duties as assigned.
