Job summary

Valmet is seeking an experienced Tissue Technology Manager to lead in North America. This role combines technical leadership with sales and business development to meet customer manufacturing needs using Valmet technology.

You will coordinate proposals, definitions, pricing, and performance guarantees while collaborating with the sales team to strengthen customer relationships and drive growth. A background in paper science and tissue processes is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Paper Science or related field is required.
• Engineering background with technical aptitude is desirable.
• Experience in tissue industry and sales/BD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposals including scope, specs, guarantees, costing and pricing.
• Work with sales team to build strong customer relationships and drive performance.
• Develop project start-up plans and manage interactions between customers and internal teams.
• Assist in technical specification generation and negotiations with customers.
