Job summary

Tennessee Donor Services is seeking a qualified operations leader to oversee daily tissue and clinical supply activities, across all locations. You will collaborate with management to maintain vendor relations, assess supply needs, and coordinate delivery schedules to keep operations running smoothly.

You will schedule Environmental Monitoring for Tissue Recovery Rooms, monitor temperature control, and ensure equipment maintenance and staff training are completed timely. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Education: BS in a related field and 4 years of related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with ability to pass MVR.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily tissue and clinical supply activities across all locations.
• Manage vendor relations and coordinate delivery schedules to support operations.
• Schedule Environmental Monitoring for Tissue Recovery Rooms and monitor temperature control.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment; supervise staff and training files.
• Travel as required to cover multiple locations.
