Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., Fort Worth, TX, seeks a Warehouse Associate to load and unload tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires forklift/picker operation and strict adherence to safety policies to protect staff and inventory. You will lift up to 80 pounds, work at heights, and contribute to inventory control while collaborating with other teams.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (no THC).

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Use scanners to locate and store tires and assist with inventory control.
• Lift 50 pounds consistently; may lift up to 80 pounds; use teamwork or equipment for heavier loads.
• Work with barrels/tires requiring up to 40 pounds pushing force.
• Work at tall racks (up to 25 feet) and operate equipment safely.
• Be on the move and able to stand for extended periods; overtime as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures; support other departments as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
