Les Schwab Tire Centers in Auburn, WA is hiring for a Sales & Service Technician role focused on tire installation, maintenance, and wheel service, delivering courteous, high-quality customer care in line with company policies. You will perform tire rotations, inflation, TPMS calibration, battery service, and related tasks using company equipment, with on-the-job training and a path to full-time benefits.

Pay ranges from $16.50 to $28.00 per hour, plus quarterly bonuses and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds and regular bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels; rotate, inflate, and rebalance tires.
• Test drive vehicles and service offsite and emergency road calls.
• Promote store sales using the Best Tire Value Promise.
• Assist other employees and operate equipment as needed.
