Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service technician to install, maintain, and sell tires and wheels, delivering excellent customer service per company policies. The role includes tire mounting, rotation, TPMS calibration, battery tests, and offsite road service support.

The position emphasizes a fast-paced environment, physical lifting, and teamwork to ensure quality service across locations. On-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent heavy lifting (35–75 lb) and extensive physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintaining equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services
