Les Schwab Tire Centers in Winnemucca, NV is seeking a Sales & Service team member to install, maintain and sell tires and wheels, delivering friendly service and adhering to company standards.

You will rotate, inflate, rebalance tires, service TPMS, and assist customers in a fast-paced environment. This role involves physical work and safety compliance with on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; bending and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires; install/relearn/calibrate TPMS.
• Assist other employees and test drive vehicles; operate service vehicles for offsite/road service.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales using the Best Tire Value Promise.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
