Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Commercial Tire Service Technician to install, maintain, and service commercial tires and wheels. You will deliver excellent customer service, promote store sales, and follow company policies while using proper tools and safety practices.

The role involves tire mounting, TPMS calibration, battery testing, wheel balancing, and occasional offsite service with travel as required. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 35–75 lb are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels on customer vehicles.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires; rebalance wheels as needed.
• Install/rebuild and calibrate TPMS sensors.
• Wash tires and wheels; inspect for wear and damage.
• Test drive vehicles; run batteries tests and install replacements.
• Operate and maintain shop equipment; assist other technicians.
• Perform offsite and emergency road service as needed.

Job Description:Commercial Tire Service Technician (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Commercial Tire Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of Commercial tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
