Job summary

Tire Discounters is hiring an Entry Level Tire Technician in Milford, OH. You're responsible for replacing, repairing, and rotating tires with hands-on training to build skills for future roles. You'll use tire balancers and machines, complete work orders, and maintain a clean shop while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with outdoor conditions and occasional mechanical hazards.
• Effective pay: $14.00–$16.00+ per hour.
• Overtime and weekly commission opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
