Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Tire Technician in Westerville, OH. You will replace, repair, and rotate tires, with hands-on training to develop skills for higher roles within a growing family-owned business.

You’ll work in a fast-paced shop, learn to use tire machines and balancers, and deliver top-tier customer service while maintaining safety and teamwork on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Comfortable with outdoor conditions and basic shop environments.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
