Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Automotive or tire experience is a plus, training provided.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a busy shop.
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, good communication.
• Team player who enjoys helping customers.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires.
• Inspect tires and vehicle wear, basic maintenance issues.
• Assist customers with tire recommendations and service needs.
• Perform basic vehicle services and safety inspections.
• Operate shop equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory, cleanliness, and organization.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
