Tire Discounters is seeking an Entry Level Tire Technician to join our family-owned automotive team. You will replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles, with hands-on training to build skills for advanced roles.

You'll operate balancers and tire machines, complete work orders accurately, and help maintain a clean, safe shop. We value teamwork, customer service, and a supportive, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Availability on Saturdays and USA work authorization.
• Comfortable with outdoor conditions and occasional hazards.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
