Les Schwab Tire Centers in Susanville, CA is seeking a Sales & Service associate to handle tire installation, maintenance, and sales. You will deliver exceptional customer service and perform tasks per company policies and the Code of Conduct.

Responsibilities include tire/wheel installation, TPMS calibration, battery tests, and assisting teammates while promoting the Best Tire Value Promise. On-the-job training is provided with opportunities for growth and benefits after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds; bending, twisting, kneeling, and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires; rebalancing when needed.
• Attach, recalibrate and install TPMS sensors.
• Assist other employees and test-drive vehicles as needed.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.

Job Description: Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Experience

Pay and Benefits

$16.50 - $26.45 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
