Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service Associate in Springfield, Oregon to perform tire and wheel installation, maintenance and related services. You will deliver friendly customer service and uphold company policies and the Code of Conduct.

The role includes rotating and inflating tires, TPMS calibration, battery testing, and offsite service. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift 35–75 lbs are required; on-the-job training is provided. Benefits follow eligibility.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS and calibrating systems.
• Washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintaining equipment.
• Assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services. Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Pay and Benefits:

$16.50 - $26.45
