Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Colfax, WA is seeking a Sales & Service associate responsible for tire installation, maintenance and sales. You will deliver excellent customer service, perform tire repairs, rotations, TPMS relearns, wheel balancing and equipment operation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates will have a valid driver's license, be capable of frequent heavy lifting (35–75 lbs) and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license; excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.
• Comfort with operating and maintaining tire service equipment and vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Install/rebuild and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries.
• Washing tires, assisting other employees, test driving vehicles and performing offsite/ emergency road services.
• Promote store sales and use the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services. Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Experience:

Pay and Benefits:
