Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Livermore, CA seeks a Sales & Service associate for tire installation, maintenance, and sales. You will deliver excellent customer service while following company policies and procedures, including the Code of Conduct.

You will perform tire and wheel installation, balancing, TPMS calibration, and related service tasks, contributing to store sales and customer satisfaction. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and great service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.

• Frequent lifting 35–75 pounds.
• Regular bending, twisting, kneeling, and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels and inflate/rotate as needed.
• Repair, rebalance, and calibrate TPMS sensors and related equipment.
• Wash tires and wheels and test drive vehicles when required.
• Provide safe, efficient service and promote store sales with the Best Tire Value Promise.

Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services. Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Experience:

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license; excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment; frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Pay and Benefits:

$16.50 - $28.00
