Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service team member to install, maintain and sell tires and wheels while delivering outstanding customer service. You will perform tire rotations, wheel mounting and TPMS calibration, and assist with on-site and emergency road services.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment, with on-the-job training and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate and inflate tires.
• Attach, rebalance wheels and calibrate TPMS as needed.
• Perform offsite and emergency road service when required.
• Provide outstanding customer service and promote store sales.
