Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring for a Sales & Service position focused on tire installation, maintenance and sales. This role delivers friendly customer service, performs tire and wheel installation and maintenance, and follows company policies and the Code of Conduct.

You will handle TPMS calibration, battery testing, and assist other team members while operating service vehicles for on-site and off-site support.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS.
Washing tires and wheels.
Testing and installing batteries.
Using and maintenance of equipment.
Assisting other employees.
Test driving vehicles.
Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.
