Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service Technician to install and maintain tires and wheels, repair and rotate tires, calibrate TPMS, and perform on-site and off-site service. You will provide exceptional customer service while promoting store sales.

We value a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 35–75 pounds repeatedly in a fast-paced environment, with on-the-job training and opportunities for growth. Competitive benefits are available after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 35–75 pounds frequently.
• Willingness to bend/twist/stoop/squat and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires; balance wheels.
• Test drive vehicles and calibrate TPMS when needed.
• Assist other staff and promote store sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and protect off-site service quality.
