Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Kalispell, MT is hiring for a Sales & Service associate who will install and service tires and wheels, handle maintenance and sales, and deliver outstanding customer care in a fast-paced store environment.

You will perform tire installation, rotation, inflation, TPMS relearning, wheel balancing, and related tasks while adhering to company policies and safety standards. Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license required.
Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to frequently lift 35–75 pounds.
Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels.
Installing/relearning and calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries.
Using and maintaining equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; operating service vehicles for offsite/emergency road services.
